New TVACAA Air Ambulance


Air Ambulance on scene near Hurley

The Thames Valley and Chiltern Air Ambulance was tasked to airlift a driver from the scene of an incident involving two vehicles near Hurley earlier today.

The man, believed to be in his mid 40's, was airlifted to the John Radcliffe hospital with serious leg injuries

Two land ambulances transported the family to Reading hospital, and an Air Ambulance Doctor was called to escort the children

It is understood that the family was returning from holiday with their two young children when the accident happend.

The youngest child has since been taken to Great Ormond Street for further treatment.
