The Monks Risborough Horticultural Show

The Monks Risborough Horticultural Show returns in 2013 with another fun packed agenda. This year again we will have live entertainment,
ferret racing and many stalls and refreshments.
Come down and support your local Air Ambulance at this wonderful annual event!
The Monks Risborough Horticultural Society Show is a very well-established event having been in existence since 1895. Apart from the war years there has been a Show every year - well over 100 years.
It has grown in size over the years and, nowadays, as well as the large marquee where all the horticultural exhibits are displayed, there is a Brass Band, a Tea-tent, a Dog Show, Children's Rides and a wide variety of Stalls.
Always a friendly and enjoyable event!

Fenny Poppers Festival
Location: Along Aylesbury Street, Fenny Stratford, Milton Keynes, MK2 2BJ
Time: 11am - 6pm
Pop along to the Fenny Poppers Festival and enjoy the live music and dance. With a variety of fun activities including rides, face painting and an opportunity to pick up a treat with the craft, vintage and clothing stalls.
Come along and support your local Air Ambulance as well! This is your chance to speak with some of our volunteers about the workings of the Thames Valley and Chiltern Air Ambulance and how you can support them. If you are interested in becoming a volunteer, they can also provide you with all the information you need!
Air Ambulance merchandise and literature will also be available!
Lillingstone Lovell Rural Day
Location: The field by the village hall, Lillingstone Lovell Village, Buckingham, near to MK18 5BB
Time: 11am - 5pm
The village of Lillingstone Lovell are holding a rural day in aid of the Thames Valley and Chiltern Air Ambulance.
Come along and support your local Air Ambulance and get into the heart of the countryside with sheep dog trials, ferret racing, refreshments, brick-a-brack and a raffle.

The Swallowfield Show
Location: Whitehouse Farm, Spencers Wood, Reading Berkshire RG7 1HR
Time: 9am - 5:30pm
Come and taste the atmosphere!
The Swallowfield Show is now in its 128th year. Organised completely by volunteers, it has grown and blossomed over the years and receives visitors from all over the south of England!
With all day exhibitions, entertainments and competitions, this is a brilliant day out for all ages.
Swallowfield is one of the remaining, flourishing, traditional shows still exhibiting home grown country produce.

Hazlemere Village Fete
Location: Sir William Ramsey School/Community Centre, Rose Avenue, Hazlemere, HP15 7UB
Time: 1pm - 4:30pm
Now in it’s third year at at the Community Centre, Rose Avenue, the Hazlemere Fete returns for another wonderful day.
All events will take place on the Sir William Ramsay Field & parking will again be on the Community Centre car park and the field beyond. Entry and Parking will again be FREE, so load up the car and bring the whole family for a great day out!
Support your local Air Ambulance and enjoy all the other entertainment the fete has to offer. The licensed bar will be open during the fete.
The Winslow Show
Location: Home Close, Sheep St, Winslow, MK18 3HL
Time: 9am - 5pm
The Winslow Show, one of Buckinghamshire's premier country shows, will take place on August Bank Holiday Monday. It’s a great occasion to get together and have a great day out that’s full of traditional fun.
Whether you want to display your show jumping prowess, enter your four-legged friend in the dog show, take advantage of the beer tent and BBQ or shop for gifts in the craft tent, Winslow Show has a wide variety of attractions to suit everybody.
Admission is £3/adult, £1.50/senior citizens and 50p/children. All funds raised at the show are distributed to local charities including BOB, your local Air Ambulance!

Bucks County Show
Location: Weedon Park, Show Ground, Aylesbury, Bucks, HP22 4NN
Time: 8am - 6pm
This year’s Bucks County Show will be taking place on Thursday 29th August 2013 at the usual site of Weedon Park, Nr Aylesbury.
Regarded as one of the best One Day Agricultural Shows in the Country, the Bucks County Show will start at 8.00am all the way through until 6.00pm!
